Select a product

Clicking on the names or images of the individual product categories will take you to the product overview. Clicking on the “Add to Cart“ button adds the desired product to your order. For some products, different packaging sizes or product variants are available. In these cases, please click on the “View Item“ button to make your selection, and then add the product to your order using the “Add to Cart“ button.

Order review and shipping costs

You will find the “SHOPPING CART“ button (symbolic image) in the upper right corner of the screen. Clicking on it will take you to your “shopping cart“, where you can adjust the quantity of products or remove individual items from your order.

Complete the order

Once all desired products in the desired quantity are displayed in your “shopping cart“, you can continue by clicking on the “Order“ button. In the next step, please enter the desired delivery and billing address. Here you will also find the costs and delivery times. You can find additional information about them here.

Payment

Please select your preferred payment method. Additional payment information can be found here.

Review and submit the order

In the next step you will see an overview of your entire order. Here you can make changes if you wish. If you like everything and would like to submit the order, please click on “Place Order“.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation via email within a few minutes to an hour. This email is automatically generated by the online store.
